Allowing for the alteration, refurbishment and extension on a previous and listed post office. Work commenced earlier in the year and is almost complete with the Client taking partial possession of a section of the building before Christmas.

Andrew Morton Associates (AMA) were appointed from Tender Stage to assist the client in project managing the Contract along with our standard quantity surveying role.
