Working with local contracts Suiter Construction Ltd, partial demolition took place in March 2024. Piling has now commenced with ground beams being completed next month. This will be a 12 month programme converting this building into a new family home.

Andrew Morton Associates (AMA) have been appointed from Tender Stage and as QS / Project Coordinator, assisting the client in completing their project.
