Conversion of an old cowshed into a bespoke timber framed family home with a sustainable agenda. AMA provided cost advice, tender documentation and tender analysis for the client. The project incorporated the recycling of materials including reuse of foundations and masonry. The house benefits from super air tightness and insulation levels incorporating MVHR plus a ground source heat pump.
